We are offering an amazing opportunity for graduates to join our growing Finance team at our Head Office in Blackburn. Our rotational graduate scheme provides you with the perfect chance to try out different areas of finance and develop your skills.
As a finance graduate, you will enjoy a unique experience as you rotate through all of our key Finance functions, spending six months in each area of Finance. The aim of this is to give graduates the opportunity to experience a wide variety of Finance activities gaining invaluable experience, which you would never normally get by sitting in a single finance role! We’ve tailored our scheme so graduates can learn what each finance team does, how it operates, as well as understanding which finance specialism you might like to follow as your finance career develops. By the end of the three-year scheme you will be a well-rounded employee, hopefully ready to tackle the next challenge as you advance your Finance career!
To support your learning and growth journey you'll gain access to six and a half yearly rotational placements. These placements could include:

EG Group is an accredited ACCA employer, which means that you will get the full help and support needed to complete your qualification alongside your work. We will fund your studies and provide you with the resources you need to fulfil your qualification requirements. Our established Learning and Development team will support you along the way and you will be given study leave throughout your time of studying with us.

“Looking at the graduate scheme, I saw a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and the potential to keep improving myself whilst simultaneously progressing my career. It was difficult at first, I personally had no experience of accounting, however the team was extremely supportive and any time I had a question they would answer and explain it, there was a steep learning curve however with the support available it was achievable. I’m currently working with the Germany department, we oversee all the company’s business in Germany, this includes over 1000 sites ranging from retail stores, fuel stations and even food franchises! I’m working towards becoming ACCA qualified, the company pays for all the exams and learning material required.
