EG Group Filming & Photography Policy

Requests to use EG Group locations for filming or photography purposes must be approved prior to the commencement of any filming or photography activity.

Each request will be considered on a case by case basis and strict policies and procedures must be followed. Although we aim to accommodate as many requests as possible, the safety of our employees and customers is of paramount importance, as well as the smooth running of our business operations.

If you would like to submit a request, you will need to complete our filming and photography request form below and agree to the terms of our filming and photography policy.

A synopsis of the script must be provided before any approvals are granted. Submission of this form constitutes acceptance to the terms and conditions outlined in the Filming & Photography Policy. A separate standard agreement will be entered into before the commencement of any activity. This is in conjunction with the terms and conditions of the Filming Photography Policy.

Terms & Conditions

Euro Garages Limited, a subsidiary of EG Group Limited, considers all filming and photography requests on a case by case basis and reserves the right to withdraw permission for filming and photography at any time.

The following rules and regulations must be adhered to:

All applications must be made at least 14 working days in advance of the requested start date of filming.
Health and safety and a smooth running of business operations are treated as a priority. Any filming or photography must not compromise health and safety standards.
All filming and photography must be carried out with the least inconvenience to customers.
Any instructions given, or requests made by any Euro Garages Limited representative must be adhered to.
The main contact from your Company will be responsible for the whole crew and their movements whilst on any Euro Garages Limited’s site.
Our customers are our priority. If they are filmed or photographed, it is your responsibility to ensure they give consent and sign a release form; a copy of the signed consent / release form must be given to the Euro Garages Limited representative before filming or photography commences.
Costs to film on our locations will apply and will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.
You must have adequate public liability insurance in place – you will be required to email a copy before any permissions are granted.
