We are offering an amazing opportunity for graduates to join our growing Finance team at our Head Office in Blackburn. Our rotational graduate scheme provides you with the perfect chance to try out different areas of finance and develop your skills.

As a finance graduate, you will enjoy a unique experience as you rotate through all of our key Finance functions, spending six months in each area of Finance. The aim of this is to give graduates the opportunity to experience a wide variety of Finance activities gaining invaluable experience, which you would never normally get by sitting in a single finance role! We’ve tailored our scheme so graduates can learn what each finance team does, how it operates, as well as understanding which finance specialism you might like to follow as your finance career develops. By the end of the three-year scheme you will be a well-rounded employee, hopefully ready to tackle the next challenge as you advance your Finance career!

To support your learning and growth journey you’ll gain access to six half yearly rotational placements.

These placements could include:

Providing Management Accounting and Commercial Accounting support as part of our Blackburn based finance teams to one of the countries we operate in;
Working in Financial Planning & Analysis to assist the budget setting process for the organisation as a whole or supporting the reporting of results to our Senior Executive Team
Getting involved with our Reporting Team to help manage our audit process and understand first-hand about the accounting standards that you’ll come across in your professional studies.
Helping to manage our tax obligations and treasury activities within the business, which supports and underpins the group

EG Group is an accredited ACCA employer, which means that you will get the full help and support
needed to complete your qualification alongside your work. We will fund your studies and provide
you with the resources you need to fulfil your qualification requirements. Our established Learning
and Development team will support you along the way and you will be given study leave throughout
your time of studying with us.
